Message from Chief Paul F. Sireci Tampa International Airport Police Department has a continuing commitment to maintaining positive relations within the community. The Police Department provides protection and service to all persons and property within the jurisdiction of the airport; provides assistance and direction to the public and airport tenants through responsive and courteous interaction; and ensures the safe and orderly movement of traffic through effective traffic direction and enforcement. TIAPD also strives to reduce crime through prevention, detection, and apprehension; provides additional services through programs which serve the airport community’s needs and desires; and provides prompt and courteous response to the needs of tenants and the public.

Tampa International Airport Police Department is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
